AOII encourages all members to excel academically and has many programs designed to assist women in achieving their academic goals. Expectations are high but the support provided by scholarship programs, academic development officer resources, and fellow members makes success attainable.

Letter from the President

Hello. My name is Asante Burdette and I am the president of Gamma Sigma! I am so honored to represent such a loving and amazing group of people in Gamma Sigma. AOII has helped me in a myriad of ways and continues to help me blossom into a better person every day. Since being in this chapter, I have seen the amazing things our sisters do on a daily basis and could not be any prouder of our sisterhood! I love Gamma Sigma with all of my heart and will be forever grateful that I was trusted to represent and lead this wonderful chapter at GSU. I am honored to serve and lead this chapter at Georgia State!

President, Asante Burdette
